"Size Inclusivity Isn't a Trend. It's Basic Human Respect."

Let me tell you something that fashion brands have been pretending isn't true for decades.

The average Indian woman wears a size that most fashion websites don't even stock.

Let that sit for a second.

The MAJORITY of real, actual people in this country are being told, every time they open a fashion app and scroll to the size filter, that they are not the target customer. That style is not for them. That trendy, expressive, beautiful clothes are for a certain type of body, and if your body isn't that type, well, there's always the plus size section. Tucked away. Limited. Often ugly. Like an afterthought. Like you should be grateful anything exists for you at all.

This is not a small problem. This is structural body discrimination baked into the fashion supply chain.

Why does it happen? Because bulk production is expensive. Brands produce in the sizes that sell "fastest" which means they produce for the body they consider "standard." Anything beyond that is an "extra" run, an "additional" cost, a "special order." Translation: your body is inconvenient.

We think that's disgusting.

At Urban Pitara, our size range goes from xxs to 14XL across all categories. That's not a quirky selling point. That's a commitment to every person who has ever been turned away by a size chart.

And our model makes this possible in a way that bulk production never could. We don't pre-cut. We don't pre-stock. We make YOUR size when YOU order it. A size Medium and a size 14XL are made with exactly the same intention, the same care, the same quality, in the same unit, by the same team.

No body is an afterthought here.

Style is not a reward for having a certain kind of body. It's a right. And Urban Pitara is here to make sure nobody gets turned away at the size filter ever again.
