Refund policy
Refund/Returns: Refunds are not available. Urban Pitara is working towards sustainability and is proudly “Zero Inventory Brand” Each order placed is made to order, just in time and we do not take returns.
Exchange
Urban Pitara can exchange the delivered product of same value, given the product is unused and in perfect condition.
Exchange Procedure:
- File for exchange within 3 days of the receipt of your product, by reaching us at urbanpitaraindia@gmail.com or call 8743-80-4444 (Monday to Friday 12 noon to 6pm)
- We will require upto 3 business days from our claim approval team to get it processed further. Courier charges will be extra in the entire process of exchange.
Option 1. Paid Reverse Pickup Rs100 per 500 grams. Reverse pickup may not be available on all pin-codes, and will be subject to availability.
Option 2. Customer can ship back the received product using any cheapest or nearest courier to Urban Pitara's production facility, with proof of tracking details provided by courier. Once received at our facility, new product will be shipped immediately. We do not charge for shipping the exchanged product.

50% off sale: All sales are final sales, and cannot be exchanged.
Order rejection & cancellations: Urban Pitara can cancel any order due to non availability of product or non serviceable pin-code, refund for prepaid orders due to cancellation will be credited to customer's account in 2-3 working days by our Payment aggregator partners.
Partial Cod: We accept 20% upfront payment for partial COD Orders, to secure our shipping, customer acquisition cost and management charges, if the order is not accepted during delivery, paid amount is not refundable.
PayLater: Orders placed with Simpl Paylater are to be paid in 5 days after bill is generated by Simpl. Notifications for payment are shared on mail/whatsapp/message. In any case where a paylater order is not accepted at the time of delivery, the amount will be refunded after deducting shipping and RTO charges.
COD Cancellation: Orders received with Cash on Delivery payment option (if and when offered by brand) can be cancelled due to following reasons
1. Incomplete Address (missing house number/ apartment number, landmark).
Our COD services are available on selected pin codes and locations only, and cannot be compared with locations fulfilled by any other brand.
2. Plus Sizes: cod is available on sizes upto XL only. Sizes over xl are fulfilled on prepaid orders only.
3. Single Product: 2 or more products cannot be clubbed in COD Orders
4. COD Value and products: COD services are available on specific products with a dynamic upper value capping. COD orders will be manually cancelled without notice if cart value exceeds.
5. Customer COD Performance: If customer has refused to receive COD orders in the past (matching our buyer or our service provider's database) COD will not be offered and filtration will be done automatically or manually.
High value orders, customised products and plus sizes are not available on cash on delivery.
