Urban Pitara can exchange the delivered product of same value, given the product is unused and in perfect condition.
- File for exchange within 3 days of the receipt of your product, by reaching us at email@example.com or call 8743-80-4444 (Monday to Friday 12 noon to 6pm)
- We will require upto 3 business days from our claim approval team to get it processed further. Courier charges will be extra in the entire process of exchange. Customer has to ship back the received product using any cheapest or nearest courier to Urban Pitara's production facility, with proof of tracking details received from shipper. Once received at our facility, new product will be shipped immediately.
Order rejection & cancellations: Urban Pitara can cancel any order due to non availability of product or non serviceable pincode, refund for prepaid orders due to cancellation will be credited to customer's account in 2-3 working days by our Payment aggregator partners.
COD Cancellation: Orders received with Cash on Delivery payment option (if and when offered by brand) can be cancelled due to following reasons
1. Incomplete Address (missing house number/ apartment number, landmark).
Our COD services are available on selected pincodes and locations only, and cannot be compared with locations fulfilled by any other brand.
2. Plus Sizes: cod is available on sizes upto XL only. Sizes over xl are fulfilled on prepaid orders only.
3. Single Product: 2 or more products cannot be clubbed in COD Orders
4. COD Value and products: COD services are available on specific products with a dynamic upper value capping. COD orders will be manually cancelled without notice if cart value exceeds.
5. Customer COD Performance: If customer has refused to receive COD orders in the past (matching our buyer or our service provider's database) COD will not be offered and filtration will be done automatically or manually.
High value orders, customised products and plus sizes are not available on cash on delivery.
Refund/Returns: No Refunds. No Returns.
